FAQs

  • Absolutely! There’s no need to have had any breathwork practice before coming to Breathscape. Regardless of your experience, you’ll get a lot out of the day.

  • Yes, breathwork is natural and safe. However, there are a few exceptions, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia or psychosis) we ask that you get your doctor’s permission first before doing some of the more intense breathing exercises.

  • Ask yourself how much it’s worth to you for your life to improve? And what’s the cost if it doesn’t improve?

Usually, you’d pay this much just to learn one breathing technique and you’ll be learning over 20 different breathing exercises.

It’s great value. Especially since you’ll have these tools for the rest of your life.

  • There are early bird tickets going for $170 and group discounts. There are also a few scholarships for people who are not in a financial position to afford the event. If you’d like to apply for a scholarship, contact Scott and tell him your story.

  • We hope so! Send Scott a message at the bottom of the page and he’ll keep you in the loop.

  • The event will only go ahead if allowed under COVID-19 restrictions, vaccine passes will not be required and best practices will be followed.
